Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct powersports parts and accessories using inventory management systems and technical knowledge.
- Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts shelves to ensure product availability and easy access.
- Process sales transactions accurately through point-of-sale (POS) systems while handling cash, credit card payments, and cash handling procedures with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the service team to support vehicle maintenance and repair operations by providing timely parts support.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating strong communication skills, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support marketing efforts by promoting available products, special offers, or services to enhance retail sales.
Experience
- Proven dealership or retail experience in automotive parts sales or related roles is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with street and offroad diagnostics, maintenance, and repair processes enhances your effectiveness in this role.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing inventory control systems such as CMMS or POS platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities) are a plus for serving diverse customers effectively.
- Experience with retail math, marketing strategies, and sales management will contribute to success in driving sales growth.
- Previous experience working in a dealership environment or with powersports service teams is highly valued.
