This is your chance to join our expanding E-Commerce team, where many of our successful team members started in sales roles and have now flourished in online sales.

Internet Sales Representative

• Schedule: Sunday – Saturday (5 day work week) - 11am-9:30pm 4 days a week or 1pm-9:30pm 5 days a week.
• Pay Plan: Base Bonus eligible (non-commission position)
• Location: Remote (home)
• NOTE:** If you are currently employed at a retail store with Mattress Warehouse, you cannot perform both jobs.
  
  

About The Role

As an Internet Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our omnichannel customer engagement. You will interact with customers using online technology platforms, helping them find the perfect bedding products to enhance their sleep and health. Your goal is to provide a seamless and positive online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with online customers through chat platforms
• Identify and reach out to potential buyers browsing our website
• Guide customers to suitable products and assist them through the purchasing process
• Direct customer service inquiries to the appropriate channels
• Finalize and process sales orders efficiently
• Coordinate deliveries and in-store pick-ups for online purchases
• Communicate with customers regarding order details, shipping, and delivery
• Handle phone sales inquiries
• Package and ship small products via UPS
  
  

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience in bedding or furniture
• Strong customer service background
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in computer usage
• Goal-oriented with a keen eye for detail
• Accurate and meticulous
