Position Overview

Overnight Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Overnight Warehouse Supervisor to lead our night operations team. This individual will oversee a crew of 4–6 warehouse associates responsible for accurately picking and staging bedding products for next-day delivery operations.

This role is critical to ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and an exceptional customer delivery experience.

Monday – Friday - 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You’ll Do

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of warehouse associates
• Ensure all relay trailers are loaded accurately and safely
• Oversee timely completion of nightly loading and unloading operations
• Maintain high standards for product accuracy and damage prevention
• Enforce company policies and hold team members accountable
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of warehouse equipment
• Optimize warehouse space and workflow efficiencies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist management with quarterly inventory processes
• Train, coach, evaluate, and develop associates
• Create schedules and assign workloads appropriately
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and all safety standards
• Build positive working relationships with associates and vendors
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse procedures and reduce operational costs
• Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding efforts
• Assist with additional operational duties as needed
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Additional Experience Preferred

• Material Handling Equipment experience
• RF Gun and inventory management systems experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
