Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located at our Midvale, UT store. The Salesperson will engage with customers to understand their sleep needs, provide recommendations on mattress and bedding products, and deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining product knowledge, guiding customers through the Sleep Fit Program, and assisting in-store operations to create a welcoming and informative shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients effectively.
- Sales experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Knowledge of mattress and bedding products is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Ability to maintain a friendly, professional demeanor and build relationships with customers.
- Effective communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in sales or retail are a plus.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings, as required in a retail environment.
