What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and deliver a high level of in-store experience
- Help customers find the right mattress, adjustable base, and sleep accessories for their needs
- Clearly explain product benefits, comfort options, and financing solutions
- Close sales while ensuring customers feel confident and satisfied with their purchase
- Follow up after delivery to ensure a great overall experience
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Work closely with a supportive, customer-focused team
What We’re Looking For
- Retail or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive, coachable, and self-driven mindset

- Basic computer and writing skills
