Sales and Delivery Driver - Mattress King
Location: Stillwater, OK
Pay: $16-$18/hr, commission, and generous employee discounts & health insurance contribution after 90 days

As a Sales Representative and Delivery Driver, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring our customers receive their dream mattresses with exceptional service. This role combines hands-on warehouse work with deliveries across Oklahoma, from the OKC metro to Stillwater and Lawton.
What You’ll Do:
- Sales: Manage the point of sale program.(invoices, customer payments, purchase orders, receiving vouchers, open/close the register, etc...)
- Deliver & Install: Safely deliver and set up mattresses and adjustable bases in customers’ homes, providing friendly, professional service.
- Warehouse Operations: Load and unload trucks, stock inventory, prepare customer pickups, and maintain a clean, organized facility.
- Customer Service: Handle in-home service calls with a positive attitude, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Teamwork & Safety: Follow company policies and safety protocols while keeping our warehouse spotless (daily cleanup required).
- Wear the Uniform: Represent Mattress King proudly in our branded uniform.
What We’re Looking For:

- Physically Capable: Comfortable in a demanding role, able to lift and move mattresses (up to 70 lbs).
- Reliable & Dedicated: Punctual, dependable, and committed to excellence.
- Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record (no CDL required).

- Experience: Sales or delivery experience preferred but not required—we train you and pay you during training!
