Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Conduct sales transactions using a cash register or point-of-sale system
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Assist customers in finding the right product or service based on their needs
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage customer interactions, inventory, and paperwork
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
- Ability to negotiate and persuade customers to make a purchase
- Bilingual skills (multilingual) are a plus, especially if serving a diverse customer base
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics or CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is an advantage for salespersons in automotive dealerships
