What You’ll Do
- Greet customers, discover needs, and recommend the right sleep solution
- Demonstrate product knowledge across Campbell and partner brand assortments
- Own the full sales cycle: presentations, financing applications, closing, and follow-up
- Drive results against targets (close rate, average order value, attachment of pillows/protectors/adjustable bases, reviews)
- Maintain a high-standard showroom (merchandising, cleanliness, display accuracy)
- Use POS/CRM and basic Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) to track pipeline and follow-ups
- Support local promotions, community events, and new product launches
What You Bring
- Outstanding communication and a customer-first mindset
- Proven ability to hit or exceed sales goals (retail experience preferred; mattress experience not required)
- Coachable, competitive, and accountable—comfortable with weekends/evenings/holidays
- Tech-savvy (tablets/iPad, POS, email, basic spreadsheets)
- Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
