Impact of this Role
What Success Looks Like
- Perform inspection and testing of raw materials, purchased goods, and products throughout production using established procedures and control plans.
- Maintain and support inspection procedures, quality standards, and testing schedules.
- Complete, review, and archive product documentation accurately and in accordance with requirements.
- Identify and remove non-conforming products and support appropriate rework or containment actions.
- Report quality issues and participate in root cause analysis and Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR) processes.
- Support audits and compliance with specifications while communicating quality information across teams.
- Maintain accurate quality records, documentation, and reporting for internal teams and customers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through data collection and Lean/SMS activities.
- Mentor production team members on inspection methods and documentation standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment while following health, safety, and environmental requirements.
What You Bring to the Role
- High school diploma.
- At least 6 months of relevant manufacturing or quality control experience, with training available for the role.
- Experience using measuring devices and calibration equipment.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail when performing inspections, testing, and data entry.
- Ability to follow established procedures, analyze quality issues, and support problem-solving activities.
