As the IT Infrastructure Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring Mattr’s systems landscape remains stable, secure, and high-performing. You will lead the Tier 3 global infrastructure support team and oversee daily operations across network, server/cloud, and collaboration technologies. By driving strong execution and continually improving service delivery, you will directly influence business continuity and operational efficiency across the organization.
Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Lead and supervise a team of infrastructure technicians and specialists to ensure effective performance and service delivery.
- Direct day‑to‑day operations across Mattr's network, server/cloud environments, and collaboration platforms using industry best practices.
- Act as the primary escalation point and subject matter expert for technical teams.
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership on developments, risk management, and operational performance.
- Evaluate business processes and IT systems to identify opportunities for productivity gains, cost reductions, and standardization.
- Support and execute improvement initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
- Engage with internal teams and external vendors to support infrastructure projects.
- Maintain strong communication with end users and cross‑functional partners on operational needs and project updates.
Education & Experience
- College Diploma (3 years) required; University Degree preferred.
- 7 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience required; 10 years preferred.
- Project management capability with proven experience leading technical teams and initiatives.
- High‑level understanding of IT principles, processes, and industry solutions.
- Strong communication and influence skills to support leadership interactions and prioritization.
- Customer‑focused mindset with ability to assess business impacts and deliver effective solutions.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, organization, and independent‑work capabilities.
- Collaborative, process‑oriented, and able to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Direct leadership of 4 team members plus 2 indirect reports.
- Responsible for managing infrastructure-related projects and driving technical direction.
