Position Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Sales Support / Inside Sales Coordinator to assist our team and customers throughout the memorial purchasing process. This role focuses on supporting sales activities, managing order details, and ensuring a smooth experience from initial inquiry through production.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys customer interaction, organization, and behind-the-scenes coordination, while also having an interest in developing sales skills over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries
• Support customers with general questions and guide them through next steps
• Assist the sales team with entering and processing orders, and follow-up communication with customers
• Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information
• Help coordinate design details such as lettering, layouts, and artwork
• Work with production teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
• Verify cemetery requirements and ensure orders meet all guidelines
• Track order progress and proactively communicate updates to customers
• Assist with virtual consultations and online sales support as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or inside sales
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear and professional communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
• Comfortable handling sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
• Interest in sales and willingness to grow into a more sales-focused role over time
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through consistently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in memorial, cemetery, or funeral services industry
• Administrative or sales support background
• Bilingual is a plus
