Mattonella, Inc. is hiring exceptional tile installers in the Greater Richmond Area. Do you have what it takes to join our elite team?
We are a professional, sought-after, licensed, and insured tile contractor here in the Richmond and Chesterfield areas.
Our tile installers must have FIVE years of experience in the tile industry and be willing and ready to hit the ground running!
We are looking for amazing craftsmen with the following qualities:
*Familiarity with TCNA standards
*Five or more years of experience
*Personal ownership of all hand tools required for the trade
*A valid ID, and legal to work in the US
*Reliable transportation (THIS IS A MUST)
*Punctual, personable, presentable, and professional attitude
*Ability to work alone or with others
*No physical limitations
*Ability to independently lay out projects
*Experience preparing shower stalls with traditional Schluter or Laticrete waterproofing systems, vinyl pans, and mud floors
*Experience setting ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tiles
*Experience with epoxy and cementicious grout
