Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with potential customers through outbound and warm calling, utilizing telemarketing techniques to promote our software solutions. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold and warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our technology solutions.
  • Utilize telemarketing strategies to generate leads and schedule appointments for further discussions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Hubspot CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits thoroughly.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing communication with potential customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Familiarity with using a CRM software is highly desirable.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to achieve results.
