Senior Marketing Associate, IPM (PHX)

The Senior Marketing Associate, Institutional Property Marketing (“IPM”) will create materials used for proposals and offering memorandums for institutional-level deals. The Senior Marketing Associate will have advanced graphic design skills and commercial real estate knowledge. They will oversee the end-to-end process of marketing our listings – creating proposals and marketing packages, reviewing copy and content, and managing the digital marketing strategy for the deal. They will partner and collaborate directly with our sales agents and sales ops to support the client’s marketing plan and ensure their vision is executed. This individual will be able to execute multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously, thrive in fast-paced and ever-changing environments, and accommodate to the demands of institutional clients. This role will allow for ongoing creativity with other departments to provide the best marketing services for our clients.

In-office position in Scottsdale, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the process of creating institutional-level proposals and offering memorandums and prioritize the work for pre-production and digital marketing specialists in regard to multi-million-dollar projects
• Hands-on collaboration with internal marketing teams and agents from the beginning of the marketing process to post-close activities
• Review material for quality control, grammar, syntax, and ensure material remains on-brand while meeting the design qualifications of the client
• Manage multiple projects at any given time while maintaining critical deadlines
• Work with agents/sales ops to execute and maintain digital marketing strategy for assigned listings
• Collaborate with digital marketing to create custom landing pages
  
  

Requirements

• 3 years of commercial real estate experience
• Advanced knowledge of commercial real estate marketing and transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with rapidly changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Ability to provide excellent customer service skills to our internal clients
• Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience in HubSpot preferred
