Sales Strategy Manager
We're looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategic plans, and drive revenue growth. In this role you'll oversee daily sales operations, coach team members, and build strong client relationships to meet and exceed our business targets.
COMPENSATION: $95,000 – $105,000 base salary performance bonus (total compensation exceeds base)
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team quotas
– Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals and market opportunities
– Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare regular reports for senior leadership
– Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and areas for expansion
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
– Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on go-to-market strategies
– Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and ensure accurate CRM data
– Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members
– Set pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with high-value accounts
– Continuously refine sales processes to improve efficiency and close rates
QUALIFICATIONS
– 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
– Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
– Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and sales reporting
