Key Responsibilities
Transaction Support
- Draft Letters of Intent, listing agreements, addenda, and client reports.
- Support due diligence, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documents.
- Edit and proof marketing packages to ensure accuracy of property information, financials, and presentation.
- Accompany clients on property tours, highlighting key features and opportunities.
- Assist in preparing and presenting Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs) and client-facing analyses.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze, underwrite, and forecast property cash flows and valuations using templates and modeling software.
- Update and maintain rent and sales comparables using industry data sources.
- Input, track, and report on business performance metrics and trends.
- Maintain accurate data across company databases.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and provide weekly performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with state real estate laws nationwide.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
- Active real estate license (or ability to obtain within first year; support available).
- Strong financial and Excel-based modeling skills; familiarity with Argus, CoStar, or similar platforms a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and motivated to learn.

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
