Requirements
Your Day-to-Day
- Courteously and quickly source parts for our technicians and walk-in customers
- Advise customers on the best parts solutions — including related components and companion items
- Create purchase orders and communicate with vendors for pricing, lead times, and special orders
- Stay sharp on product knowledge and new parts introductions
- Collaborate with service advisors and estimators to make sure every repair order is complete
- Track inventory and backorders to ensure smooth shop operations
- Jump in to help when the heat’s on — including occasional after-hours or overtime support
- Complete required training and stay up-to-date with our evolving product lines
What You Bring
- 2 years of experience in truck, trailer, heavy-duty, or automotive parts
- Strong knowledge of parts lookup systems and cross-referencing
- Excellent communication and listening skills — you know how to find what people really need
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Experience with ERP or DMS systems
- Team-first attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers and coworkers
