Learns duties and responsibilities while working with a mentor. This is an on-site position.
Must be local to Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana area, or have ties to the area.

Job Responsibilities
- ACAD Electrical
- Learn to interface with internal and external customers
- Learn to interface with electrical engineering, PLC engineering and project management to determine system requirements
- Understanding of electrical principles
- Understanding of motor control
- Understanding of devices requirement/placement
- Possible 10-20% travel to job site
- Various other tasks that may be assigned
- Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field
- Proficient with PC desktop applications (MS Office)
- Ability to work overtime as necessary
- Must have current driver’s license
- Language skills – ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Mathematical skills – ability to calculate figures and amounts such as for the purpose of creating needs assessments
- Reasoning ability – ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear
- Regularly/Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Regularly/Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold & heat, risk of electrical shock, and toxic or caustic chemicals
