Role Description
This is a full-time Mechanical Engineer role based on-site in Apopka, FL. The Mechanical Engineer will design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems and components, manage projects from concept to completion, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities may involve performing research and development for new and existing products, utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD), 3D modeling (Solidworks & Inventor), and ensuring all designs comply with industry standards and regulations. Candidates will ensure high-quality deliverables meet technical specifications and project timelines.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and related 3D-modeling tools (Solidworks & Inventor)
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and team collaboration
- Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) for new product design and innovation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial design, or related industries is a plus
