Estimator: Commercial Construction
Matthews Construction Co., Inc. is currently looking to hire a Construction Estimator with a minimum of 5 years experience to join our team working on projects across North and South Carolina. This position will be based out of our Conover NC office. The Construction Estimator is responsible for all Preconstruction activities required to obtain work whether project is Bid or Negotiated. It is the Estimators responsibility to establish accurate budgets by reviewing all necessary documents and communicating with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, clients, and design team. Matthews Construction is a General Contracting Company with 70 years of experience in the construction industry looking to add team members who are searching for a workplace to call home for many years to come.
