Farmers Insurance Sales Representative

Our agency is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team! We are local to Colorado Springs and are passionate about protecting our clients and their assets while building genuine, lasting relationships. This role involves selling a variety of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance. Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission Bonus Opportunities

• Property & Casualty insurance license (preferred). Willing to train.
• Life & Health insurance (preferred) . Willing to train.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office/Excel.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Produce, present and sell appropriate insurance policies to clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.
• Call prospective customers by operating telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
