ADVANCED ALLERGY AND ASTHMA CENTERS, THE OFFICES OF Matthew P Mardiney MD PC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join their team in Lutherville and Bel Air, MD. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and health screenings across all age groups
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging
- Prescribe medications and manage pharmacological therapies
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
Requirements:
- Current, valid Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification (AANP or ANCC)
- Active Maryland RN and APRN licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program
- DEA registration and prescriptive authority in the state of Maryland
- Experience in primary care, family medicine, or a related clinical setting preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
