We're a boutique architecture firm seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented part-time Administrative Assistant to support our growing office. Position Details
- Schedule: Approximately 15 hours per week
- Location: In-office only
- Schedule Flexibility: Flexible weekly schedule to be coordinated with the office
Responsibilities
- General administrative and office support
- Answering phones and managing correspondence
- Organizing digital and physical files
- Assisting with invoicing, billing, and bookkeeping
- Maintaining office records and project documentation
- Preparing proposals, letters, and reports
- Coordinating meetings and appointments
- Assisting with permit filings and municipal submissions
Qualifications
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with architectural, construction, or design offices
- Permitting or expediting experience is a plus
We are looking for someone dependable, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative small-office setting.
Note. Because the office is not easily accessible by public transportation, candidates should have reliable access to a car.
