As a Customer Service Representative, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
Licensing Requirement: A current Hawaii Property & Casualty insurance license is required for this position. Candidates who do not currently hold a license will be provided up to two (2) weeks of paid training time to prepare for and obtain the license. Successful completion of the licensing requirement within the first two (2) weeks of employment is a condition of continued employment.
Work Schedule: This position is primarily in-office for the first six (6) months. After that period, employees may be eligible to transition to a hybrid work schedule based on performance and business needs.
This role follows 9:00 AM1:00 PM, MondayThursday, and 9:00 AM12:00 PM on Friday. You will also have the opportunity to earn additional compensation by helping meet customer needs.

- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
