Bookkeeper

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance Preferred
• 4 years experience as a Bookkeeper
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-oriented environment
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, strong ethics and business conduct
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Tax Software
• Knowledge about construction, hospitality and/or healthcare industry a plus
• Experience working in this role at a CPA firm or Construction Company preferred
• Currently live a reasonable commuting distance from Downtown Naples. This is a 100% on-site position.
  
  

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with account reconciliation, payroll, account analysis and preparation of financial statements
• Support the accounting team in day-to-day operations
• Assist with tax preparation and filing
• Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Works as required during tax season to meet federal and state deadlines
• Perform other related tasks as needed.
