What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Lines Account Manager position at Matthew Cooper Insurance Agency?
Well established agency seeking experienced applicants who are friendly and energetic. Candidates must enjoy working with clients in person, on the phone and assisting them in choosing the correct coverages to meet their insurance needs. The ability to stay organized in a busy work environment is a must.
Responsibilities
- Answer questions regarding policies, coverage and premium
- Develop new business quotes and remarket renewals
- Report claims and assist/guide clients throughout the process
- Process endorsements and renewals accurately and efficiently
Requirements
- Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License preferred
- Agency experience required
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, Registry forms and procedures
- EVR Certification a plus
- Must be fluent in English both verbal and written
- Must be able to type efficiently
Spanish speaking a plus
