Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our deli section operates smoothly while delivering high-quality products to our customers. We primarily serve pizzas, sandwiches and breakfast food items.
Duties
- Prepare and serve deli items, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the deli area and sanitizing surfaces regularly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours in a quick-service environment.
- Monitor inventory levels of deli products and assist with restocking as needed.
- Adhere to all food handling guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of food served.
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Background in retail math or basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Experience in the food industry, including quick service or fast food restaurants, is beneficial.
