Seeking experienced, part-time evening Cleaning Technician for commerical business properties. Jobs are early evenings, 10-18 total hours per week. Must have availability from 4:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on Mondays - Friday (exact shift times will vary - will not be these exact hours each day). Job sites are in Rockville and Clinton.
Must:
- Have your own reliable transportation and a fully functioning cell phone
- Have excellent attendance and exhibit extreme dependability
- Pass a background check and have no history of theft or dishonest behavior
- Have professional cleaning experience in employment background

Benefits: Training wage is $16 per hour. Wages will quickly increase with exemplary work product and attendance. Casual, relaxed work environments. Paid weekly.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients.
- Possess a valid driver's license to travel between locations.
- Demonstrate leadership skills by taking initiative and working independently.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
