What are the responsibilities and job description for the Catering Chef position at Mattaponi Springs?
Mattaponi Springs is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable chef to join our team as a Catering Chef! Experience with front of the house preferred. Playing privileges on an award-winning course, discounted meals, and uniforms provided. FT or PT position possible. Can be as narrow as catering events only, or can direct the clubhouse kitchen as well.
We offer flexible schedules and role variety if you prefer some change in your day-to-day. We welcome staff who may need schedule flexibility for child care, etc.

- Knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety and procedures required
- Understanding of specs, cook times, plate presentation, etc.
- Primary responsibility is the preparation of food items, while maintaining a clean kitchen
- If desired, may serve and tend bar
- Catering prep is also available on event nights
