Position: Sous Chef
Schedule: Full-time, nights and weekends required
Compensation: $55k-$65k depending on experience benefits

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and
efficient service
- Oversee food prep, cooking, and plating, ensuring quality and consistency
- Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and maintaining a positive team
dynamic
- Ensure food safety standards and cleanliness are upheld
- Assist in ordering supplies and managing inventory
- Collaborate on menu planning and development of new dishes
- Handle high-volume cooking with attention to detail and care
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a steakhouse or
tavern setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for food and culinary excellence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with grilling, steaks, and traditional tavern fares are a plus
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
