Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Skilled Laborer with experience in concrete finishing to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of precision, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with installation of inground pools, patios, and outdoor living projects
- Perform concrete work including pouring, leveling, and finishing surfaces to a high standard
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools
- Prepare job sites, including excavation and material handling
- Follow project plans, timelines, and safety protocols
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications:
- Experience with concrete finishing required (smooth, broom finish, stamping is a plus)
- Prior experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor projects preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and work quality
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well as part of a team
