Compensation

Estimated earning potential:

$60,000–$100,000 annually

W-2 Employee

1099 Independent Contractor

We're far more interested in finding the right person than forcing everyone into the same employment model.

Requirements

• Active Rhode Island Barber License.
• Professional liability insurance (required before start date for independent contractors).
• Professional barber tools.
• A commitment to cleanliness, professionalism, and continual improvement.
• The desire to build a long-term career.
