What are the responsibilities and job description for the Yard-Loader position at Matt's Building Materials?
Matt’s is hiring 3-4 Yard Loaders at our Pharr location to join our team. Yard Loaders are responsible for fetching materials from our lumberyard and loading them onto our customer's vehicles. This is an outdoor job that requires heavy lifting, pulling and pushing.
This is a Full-Time job, 35-40hrs per week. Your schedule would be Monday to Saturday, With Sunday & one other day off each week. You will need to be available to work on Saturdays. - Must be at least 21 years old - Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

Responsibilities:
· Load, unload, and materials for customers(#1 priority)
· Keep lumber organized and in the proper place
· Stocking when no customers are present(always keep busy)
· Adhere to safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
· Experience in general labor, construction, or other related fields
· Ability to handle physical workload
