What You’ll Do
- Perform complete collision repair from teardown to final delivery
- Structural and non-structural body repairs and panel replacement
- Prep, prime, block, and refinish vehicles
- Spray waterborne paint systems with quality and consistency
- Perform color matching and blending
- Reassemble vehicles to OEM standards
- Maintain repair quality to ensure no rechecks
- Complete vehicle inspections and documentation
- (Bonus) Perform or assist with ADAS calibrations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Auto Body / Collision Technician
- Ability to produce high flagged hours consistently
- Experience with waterborne paint systems (required)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Team-oriented mindset
- ADAS calibration experience is a plus
- ASE Collision Certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- No weekends
