Matt's Automotive & Collision Center is booked weeks out and looking for an experienced body tech who can take a repair from start to finish — body, prep, paint, reassembly and final QC.
We want someone who can produce, fix cars right and be a good teammate.

GUARANTEED BASE PRODUCTION BONUS
You have a guaranteed base underneath you, plus production bonus based on the hours you flag. Produce more. Make more. Our actual pay plan rewards increasing production on top of the guarantee.
WE'RE NOT A DRP SHOP
If a repair legitimately needs five hours, we're going after five hours. We're not asking our techs to eat legitimate repair time.
OEM PARTS WHENEVER POSSIBLE
Less time fighting junk parts. Get the right part, fix the car and keep moving.
WE KEEP A LOT IN-HOUSE
Mechanical repairs, diagnostics, alignments, ADAS calibrations and more. Less waiting on outside vendors.
Start It. Fix It. Finish It.
This is a true start-to-finish collision position:
- Teardown and damage identification
- Structural and body repair
- Panel replacement and metal work
- Prep and paint
- Reassembly and final QC
You get the job. You fix it. You finish it.
What We're Looking For
You can do body AND paint, consistently produce 100 flagged hours every two weeks, fix vehicles right the first time, manage your work and be part of a team.
We don't want hours at the expense of quality.

The Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
NO WEEKENDS
Every Friday afternoon and every weekend off.
Pay
$60,000–$125,000
Guaranteed base production bonus.
