• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required for continued employment
• Candidates are not required to be licensed before their start date
• You will begin agency training while working toward your licensing requirements
• We provide comprehensive licensing support, including study resources, guidance, coaching, and assistance throughout the entire licensing process
• Candidates are expected to successfully obtain both required licenses within the timeframe established by the agency
What You'll Do
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, lead follow-up, and prospecting
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps and recommend insurance solutions
• Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products
• Conduct proactive policy reviews to strengthen customer protection and identify cross-sell opportunities
• Build long-term relationships that drive retention, referrals, and agency growth
• Follow up consistently on sales opportunities and maintain an active pipeline
• Assist with customer service needs, including policy changes, billing questions, and account updates, as needed
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with agency and insurance regulations
• Collaborate with team members to achieve agency sales and customer satisfaction goals
