Responsibilities

• Want to be successful
• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Marketing, Social media training
• 1099 Position - Commission Based
• Sales Training Certifications

Qualifications

We are looking for real estate agents that want to be successful. Not only will we provide you the support and training provided by our Billion Dollar company staff and support, but we'll provide you the opportunity to grow a team within a team within our organization.

• 1 year of real estate sales experience a plus but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
