We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all office supplies are stocked and accessible
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Assist with appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings for staff or medical/dental professionals as needed
  • Perform basic bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when required
  • Support office management activities including organizing documents, managing office supplies inventory, and supporting clerical tasks

Experience

  • Proven experience working in an office environment or as a receptionist, ideally with clerical or administrative responsibilities
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse clients and team members
  • Previous experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, and proofreading is preferred
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices combined with professional phone etiquette is essential
  • Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus but not required; training will be provided for specific industry needs
