ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2011 after spending four years learning the business as a team member, and today our office has grown into a close-knit team of six. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Southern Virginia University and have several professional designations and licenses.

Giving back to the community has always been at the core of who we are. Through our Lift Up Your Community initiative, we focus on spotlighting the goodness of others, encouraging volunteer service, and assisting those in need. We proudly sponsor two annual $1,000 Lifting Up scholarships for local high school students and support organizations such as the Caroline Little League, Caroline Public Schools, the Caroline Sheriff’s Office, and Caroline Social Services.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Matt Brandt - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  •  Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
  • Willing to accept part-time or full-time individuals. 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Prefer bilingual - Spanish speaking
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Must be willing to obtain or already have Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses 
Our State Farm Agency opened in 2011 and has experienced incredible growth the last 14 years.  Our entire agency team has more than 38 years of experience.
