Job Summary:
The Automotive Mastermind Equity Specialist will assist customers with purchasing merchandise.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound internet leads promptly and accurately
- Engage customers through email, phone calls, and live chat to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct virtual vehicle presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our Nissan models
- Carry out effective follow-ups to maximize lead conversion and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide a seamless sales process and meet or exceed sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the automotive industry and competitor offerings
- Greets and interacts with customers.
- Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise.
- Demonstrates and explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer’s needs.
- Answers customer’s questions about merchandise.
- Assists customers with purchase decisions.
- Retrieves merchandise from sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations; places special orders.
- Collects all payments using company sale systems.
- Provides ongoing customer service on all concerns and extending promises.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proven success in automotive internet sales
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to effectively use CRM tools
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets
- On-the-job training provided.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space.
- Must be able to lift-up to 15 pounds at times.
Salary : $40,000 - $100,000
