Matt Blatt is seeking a customer-oriented and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our service department. As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers, assisting them with their vehicle service needs and ensuring a positive service experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, establishing rapport and understanding their service requirements
- Consult with customers to accurately document and assess their vehicle issues or concerns
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services, including cost estimates and timeframes
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates on the status of their vehicle and any additional service recommendations
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient service operations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor required
- Strong automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers in a clear and concise manner
- Customer service-oriented mindset, with a commitment to providing a positive experience for every customer
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to effectively manage service appointments and customer inquiries
- Proficient computer skills and experience with service management software
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
