Automotive car dealer in searching for a Motor Vehicle Clerk with 2 years of experience to handle motor vehicle work along with other back office tasks.

The successful candidate possesses the following skills and experience:
- Knowledge and experience with TRI-VIN
- Ability to retrieve lien payoff titles from banks
- Ability to read schedules and cut motor vehicle refund checks to customers
- Ability to read schedules and cut lien payoff checks
- Ability to deal with out of state MV Agencies
- Ability to process dealer swaps and wholesale billing; accounting knowledge a plus
- Experience with interaction among wholesalers
- Experience with daily banking deposits
- Experience processing Warranty payments
- Process plates for in and out of state transactions
- Title new and used cars
- Make reassignments for wholesale cars
- Post Trivin Fees and OLRS fees
- Post NJ Car fees
- Issue MV refunds to customers
- File MV paperwork back in the deals or scan to IDM
