Matt Blatt Kia of Abington is a trusted automotive dealer offering new Kia vehicles and quality pre-owned cars of all makes and models. We are looking for a BDC Manager to handle inbound leads and customer communication. This individual must be motivated, hard working, and able to work within a team environment. Bonuses and benefits available. Automotive experience is not required — alternative sales or customer service experience is desired.
Pay dependent on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming internet leads and phone calls
- Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email, or text)
- Build relationships with customers in order to understand their true needs
- Manage internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions
- Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
- Schedule appointments with interested buyers
Qualifications:
- Customer service and/or general sales experience
- Hard working professional with experience providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills in order to work most effectively with customers
- Good computer skills and organizational skills
