We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties
- Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Assist in bussing tables by clearing dishes, utensils, and debris to maintain a clean dining area.
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic cooking and assembling of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas, including sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, and cleaning surfaces.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during peak hours to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Follow food safety protocols for handling and storing food items to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with banquet setups and catering events as required, demonstrating flexibility in job responsibilities.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus.
- Experience in bussing or serving is beneficial for understanding the flow of service.
- A background in culinary arts or hotel experience can enhance your candidacy.
