Matson Fruit Company is seeking a Harvest Storage and Data Analytics Coordinator based in Selah, Washington.
During harvest, this role helps manage fruit storage plans, CA room allocation, room completion, and inventory flow across our facilities. The position works closely with harvest, QC, receiving, packing, and logistics teams to support efficient operations and long-term fruit quality.
Outside of harvest, the role focuses on operational reporting and data analytics, helping management analyze inventory, packouts, storage utilization, fruit condition, and operational performance.
Qualifications:
- Washington State tree fruit industry experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, operational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong data analytics background with the ability to analyze operational, inventory, and storage data.
- Advanced Excel skills required, including working with large datasets, formulas, pivot tables, and scripting.
- Ability to identify trends, improve reporting, and support operational decision making through data.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Ability and willingness to work extended hours and significant overtime during harvest season.
Pay: $22.00 - $34.00 per hour
