What You’ll Do:
- Lead with purpose: oversee all operations of the Food Chemistry business unit, ensuring scientific integrity, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Drive Innovation: Champion method development, validation, and troubleshooting to meet ISO standards and client-specific needs.
- Be the Client’s Trusted Partner: Collaborate with Sales and Client Services to support client onboarding and issue resolution.
- Inspire and Develop Talent: Mentor and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Optimize and Improve: Implement KPIs, streamline workflows, and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Represent Matrix Sciences: Engage with industry associations and conference to promote our brand and stay ahead of scientific trends.
What You Bring:
- 10 years in the Food Safety industry with a focus on chemistry analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proven experience in laboratory operations and regulatory compliance
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
