This person joins a team of talented attorneys, analysts, and subject matter experts who work collaboratively with software engineers, product managers, and clients. This position is in our Westlake OH office with the possibility of a hybrid work model.
Job Objective:
Provide support and assistance to Client Services Project Leads throughout the implementation process for various clients, across multiple products to contribute to the overall success of the software implementation and Go Live.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Client Services Project Lead in all aspects of new client implementation, to include, but not limited to accompanying project lead during on-site client visits and virtual client meetings, drafting weekly client project memos, organizing and analyzing client provided documents and information.
- Assist with data conversion of client data into the Matrix system. This includes coordinating with the Client Services Project Lead to complete mapping and conversion tasks, document conversion specifications, test each conversion run, as well as communicating with software engineers who develop programs and scripts and run conversions.
- Contribute to software quality assurance efforts. Thoroughly test new software features and reports during each release cycle as assigned. Smoke test and contribute Server Maintenance testing periodically throughout the year.
- Develop knowledge of complex features across products in an effort to become the feature expert and conduct training on those features with targeted clients.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a management information systems, business analyst, or business operations degree
- Work experience in field preferred
- Ability to work individually with minimal supervision as well as part of a team in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
