No prior painting experience is required — we are willing to train the right person. However, previous construction or painting experience is a plus and may qualify you for higher starting pay. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, coachable, and take pride in doing quality work.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
As a Painter Helper, your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting lead painters with interior and exterior painting projects
- Preparing surfaces by masking, sanding, scraping, patching, and priming
- Setting up and cleaning up job sites daily
- Moving and protecting furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Mixing paint and materials as directed
- Learning proper painting techniques, tools, and safety practices
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional job site
- Following instructions and working efficiently as part of a team
Experience & Qualifications
- No painting experience required — training provided
- Previous painting, construction, or trade experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow direction
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to perform physical work (lifting, climbing ladders, standing for long periods)
- Passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail
