Position Overview: We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
■ Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients, caregivers, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
• Assist with staff onboarding and HR file compliance
• Maintain and organize client and employee records
• Support scheduling, intake, billing, and coordination departments as needed
• Ensure office supplies and documentation are up-to-date and accurate • Provide general administrative support to management
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in home health care, healthcare administration, or staffing preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
