Matrix Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) for a long-term home care case located in Seffner, FL, in Hillsborough County.

Pay:
$18–$20 per hour
Schedule:
Total of 13 hours per week
Monday: 4 hours
Wednesday: 4 hours
Friday: 5 hours
The case includes 9 hours per week of personal care services, scheduled Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for 3 hours per day. Homemaker services are also needed for 4 hours per week and will be included within the weekly schedule.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on personal care assistance as outlined in the care plan
Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other activities of daily living
Provide mobility assistance and help maintain a safe home environment
Assist with light housekeeping and homemaker duties
Help with meal preparation and basic household support as needed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition or needs
Maintain professionalism and respect client privacy and dignity
Follow Matrix Home Care policies and the client’s individualized care plan
Communicate clearly with the care team regarding any concerns or updates
Requirements
Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate required
Previous home care, private duty, or caregiver experience preferred
Must be dependable and available for the Monday, Wednesday, and Friday schedule
Must be compassionate, patient, and professional
Must be able to follow a care plan and communicate effectively
Current CPR certification preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Must be able to pass all required background screening requirements
Under Florida law, this role is subject to background screening per Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, including fingerprinting and review for eligibility before employment.
